Hereford City Sports Win Ledbury Swifts Junior Football Tournament

Hereford City Sports Under 8's went into this tournament knowing it was going to be tough with 9 teams taking part which included all of the counties big name clubs. It was also the first 7 a-side tournament that the team had taken part in as the structure now changes from 5 a-side to 7 for this age group. Hereford City Sports got out of their group and through the knockout stages to the final where they played the tournament hosts, Ledbury Swifts. Hereford City Sports put in a fine performance to win the final 3-1 in normal time making an excellent start to the new season.
