This is the story of the bags we have donated to The Little Princess Trust.
 
The Little Princess Trust is an incredible local charity that provides free real-hair wigs to children and young people who experience hair loss due to cancer treatment. By restoring a child’s appearance and confidence during extremely challenging times, the wigs help improve emotional wellbeing for both patients and their families. In addition, The Little Princess Trust also funds research into childhood cancers, supporting projects that aim to develop kinder and more effective treatments. Through public donations of hair and fundraising, the charity has helped thousands of young people and has become one of the UK’s major funders of paediatric cancer research.

Because of all the incredible work this charity does, we wanted to donate in the best way we know how… by making polythene!
 
We have manufactured and donated branded polythene mailing bags to The Little Princess Trust, which will be used by hairdressers and donors across the country to send in their hair donations to the charity to help them continue the amazing work they do. Because these bags have been made for such a special cause, we wanted to make them in a special way too! They have been produced using renewable I'm green bio-based polymer, combined with recycled content, making them a more sustainable choice and a fitting way to support the cause they represent.
